Dr Florian Bönke
After completing his medical studies at the University of Kiel, Dr Bönke initially worked there and completed his basic surgical training in cardiovascular surgery at the University Medical Centre Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel. He then moved to the Clinic for Plastic and Hand Surgery with Severe Burn Injury Centre at the St. Georg Hospital in Leipzig in 2015 and to the University Hospital in Dresden in 2017. There, he played a key role in establishing the Department of Plastic and Hand Surgery, where he most recently worked as a senior consultant. Since 2023, Dr Bönke has headed the Institute for Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Glückstadt Hospital in the Hamburg metropolitan region.
Dr Bönke has been working exclusively in plastic and aesthetic surgery since 2015. In addition to the reconstruction and restoration of body shape, he specialises in body shaping and tightening procedures following weight loss as well as the surgical treatment of lipoedema.
Dr Bönke is a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery and a member of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (DGPRÄC). He also holds an additional qualification in hand surgery.
Dr Bönke has managed our LIPOhelp® location in Hamburg since 2023 and is available to our patients at any time.
